Life Affirmations Inspirational Interview

I am pleased to introduce you to creator of Life Affirmations, Alena. She is a 25 year old woman from Germany who wants to travel the world and bring joy to as many people as possible. She has a great passion for plant-based nutrition, music, design, yoga, nature, health and self-development. Her highest priority is finding her true essence, to wallow in self-worth and learn to let go.

Over the last decade, she tried various traditional and alternative therapies to help her cope with past and present issues – in the end, she manages to heal herself through implementing many different styles that fit her. At a very young age, she was told to be wiser, more in tune with her high sensitivity and as a result became as understanding as someone three times her age.

Alena creator of Life AffirmationsBeing with her life partner has brought her to a deeper trust and understanding of her story, to be more gentle towards herself and truly believe in her abilities and dreams. Together they have created Life Affirmations and are joining forces to build a community and make their dreams come true.

Inspirational Interview with Life Affirmations Creator, Alena:

What motivates you to want to make your dreams come true?
My inner search for truth, happiness and peace. I thrive when I can be busy creating something positive and building people up! Also, I love to design and write/read, so this is a wonderful combination of my passions. I really want to free myself and be able to live anywhere, having enough time to do things that fulfill me and contribute something useful and positive.

What steps are you taking towards reaching your goals?
I am researching about creating an online business, about useful topics for my readers and I am getting the professional insight due to my studies. Also, I am trying new theories and tips on myself to see how I could tweak it so the largest amount of people can get something out of it. We’re saving money which we want to invest in further education and maybe developing some products.

How are you dealing with fear, doubt and worry?
Inspirational Interview with Life Affirmations creator AlenaI tell myself that everything takes time and that I am still at the beginning of my journey. It helps me personally to fill my mind with how to get a more positive way of thinking and outlook, to do some research in this field and then put it into my own words. I am not worrying about it too much, since I still am a full-time student and therefore am not relying on it yet.

Also, I have a fantastic partner who supports me very much, with whom I can let creativity flow and who gives me a good perspective on things because I tend to be too hard on myself for not ‘accomplishing enough’. The truth is, everything is already pretty good and more than enough.

Who or what inspires you to stay motivated?
I love connecting with other people who live their dreams and follow their passions, seeing them travel the world and finding themselves at the same time. There really are too many inspirational people, but to just mention a few: Rachel Brathen, The Rawfood Family and Ashley Clark. But really, the most touching moments are when I get positive feedback from people who were inspired by my work!
